MAIN LEVEL:
The open living room and dining room are literally wrapped in glass overlooking Sedona’s red rock beauty. The living room features two separate seating areas, a rock fireplace and modest bar. Two queen sleeper sofas in the living room allow for extra guest accommodations. The dining room table seats 10 guests and is open to the kitchen, living room and deck. An additional small cafe table in the kitchen seats 4 and the kitchen has a bar counter seating 3-4 more guests. A large den is tucked next to the kitchen and can be used a 4th bedroom. The den has a private bath with a shower, 2 queen sleeper sofas and a large TV/DVD. Private laundry and an additional half bath are also on the main level.
LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level has a 2nd master bedroom with large bathroom and kings bed.
UPPER LEVEL:
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, additional chaise seating, TV/DVD, an open bathroom with garden tub, steam shower and double sinks. The master bedroom’s giant glass windows showcase the breathtaking panoramic red rocks. It’s a bonus to open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of Oak Creek running below. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and small sitting area in front of the TV/DVD. It has it’s own full bath with double sinks, a walk-in closet and large windowed wall with views!
THE DECK:
This amazing deck is large enough to command it’s own detailed description. The views of the surrounding red rocks are some of the most scenic in the world. The extravagance of the deck’s size makes entertaining a dream. Host an event on this deck and you will have room for numerous banquet tables & chairs, a dance floor, bar, hi-boy tables – with ample room to spare! A quaint ceremony site, next to the deck, sits above beautiful Oak Creek. Please note that any planned event must be approved in advance.
